And for us, this wasn’t just something we noticed, it was something we experienced at home.

It started at home with our daughter, Vihaa. As she grew, so did her needs. But as a mother, Neha realized there were hardly any products truly made for kids her age. Everything felt too harsh for delicate hair and sensitive skin.

We wanted care that understood this in-between stage- gentle, safe, and made for growing kids.

She is the most honest critic on the founding team. She does not care about ingredient lists or competitive positioning. She cares whether the shampoo stings her eyes, whether the lotion feels sticky, whether the bottle is easy to hold with wet hands. If she says no, the answer is no.

A mother before anything else. Every product decision at Little Gator passes through one question first: "Would I put this on Vihaa?" That's not a marketing line - it's how every formula gets evaluated, every ingredient gets justified, every claim gets made. Neha holds an MBA in HR and brings a background in biochemistry - a rare combination that gives her both the scientific fluency to interrogate formulations and the systems rigour to build brand infrastructure. Her 4+ years in HR and compliance means she builds with precision, not approximation. At Little Gator, she leads product development, ingredient validation, brand identity, and operations end-to-end. Every Little Gator product exists because she tested it on her own child and said yes - and refused to say yes until she meant it.
