1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase from this Website.
  • Our products are intended for use by children generally aged 5–12 years, under adult supervision, and must be purchased by an adult.

2. Our Products

  • Little Gator products are cosmetic personal care products manufactured in compliance with applicable Indian regulations. They are not drugs or medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
  • Product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images on the Website are provided with care; however, always read the label on the physical product before use. In case of any difference, the label prevails.
  • Every child's skin and hair are unique. We recommend a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a doctor if it persists.
  • Product shades, textures, and packaging may vary slightly from images due to screen settings and batch variations.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout per our Shipping Policy.
  • We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery where available. We do not store your card or banking details.
  • We may revise prices, discontinue products, or modify offers at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
  • In the rare event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Your order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted only when we confirm it and dispatch the products.
  • We may refuse or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud or resale activity, bulk ordering inconsistent with personal use, or serviceability constraints. Any amount paid for a cancelled order will be fully refunded.
  • Customer-initiated cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Discounts, Coupons & Offers

  • Discount codes are subject to their stated terms — validity period, minimum order value, and usage limits — and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
  • Offers are for personal use only. Abuse of coupons, referral programs, or store credits (including multiple accounts or automated use) may lead to cancellation of orders and forfeiture of credits.
  • Store credits have the validity stated at the time of issue, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

  • Shipping timelines and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy.
  • Returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both policies are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

7. Your Account & Accurate Information

  • You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information, including delivery address and contact number  and for keeping your account credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Website, including the Little Gator name and logo, the Gator mascot family and characters, Gator Greens world, product names, label artwork, illustrations, photographs, text, and design, is the property of Kratibella PureCare Private Limited or its licensors, protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
  • Nothing on the Website grants you any licence or right to use any trademark or content except as needed to browse and shop.

9. Reviews & User Content

  • Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, the courts at Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
